Easter

We had a fun time this Easter.

On Tuesday, Kate and the girls braved the Mall for Family Fun night where Amelia got to do a craft, get a balloon animal (and was brave enough to ask the magician to fix it when Mummy broke it), and jump on various bouncy things and the girls visited the Easter Bunny.

Saturday bought the Waukee Easter Egg hunt. . . where we were very cold for the 3rd year in a row, and decorating eggs at home.

 And finally, Easter Sunday.  Church, followed by an egg hunt at home, gifts, and the Meiers, Grandma and Bruce joining us for lunch.

These lovely girls are a little tricky to photograph.

Carrot Cake!  We'll make this cake again. . . although maybe not the icing.
