Amelia and Kate had a lovely time in England. We went for 12 days and managed to avoid the ash fiasco. Amelia even managed to get her own seat on the way home.

We saw family and helped Grandma find a new house in Southport then headed to the Lake District with Grandma and Gran Pat for three days.

Activities included: Walking the country lanes, riding a steam train line, and feeding the ducks on Lake Conniston. On our last day we went to the Lodore Falls hotel (where Kevin and Kate got married) for Afternoon Tea. Amelia slept through the entire experience. We'll take her back again someday.
